fixed day 8 ..i conquer push and pull

today was the last time to ride before i went to taiwan..

but it was the 3rd time in a week we ride...

i finally conquer "push and pull" with my 49t ,15t gear ratio..most of times only slightly..

but with other's bike i can do it correctly...

see you guys when i am back ,we will have more members joining....stay tune
